Kevin Benavides: "We got back some time"

The odds of a successful title defence are getting longer, but Kevin Benavides is not going down without a fight. The KTM rider took third place in the special, right behind Cornejo and his brother Luciano. He is now fifth overall, 24 minutes behind Ricky Brabec.

"I think we did well, we got back some time. It was a really tough day, really hard, with a lot of navigation and a lot of stones, dunes, a mix of everything."
