Michael Docherty a remporté sa première étape sur le Dakar. Le Sud-Africain devance Rui Gonçalves (+1'20'') et Tobias Ebster (+2'21'') et devient le premier pilote Rally 2 à gagner au scratch moto depuis Danilo Petrucci en 2022.
